City Mission
During Christmas & Thanksgiving our gym collected food goods & monetary donations to help the City Mission of Washington County for our charity service. We’d like to thank everyone who added to our contributions.
Young Women’s Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation
This year, our organization has been hit tragically by cancer. Two of our Pride moms, Dori Baker and Kathy Stienstraw lost their battle to breast cancer this October, 2011. Our gym has collected $2,150 for the Young Women’s Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation in their honor. Mother’s Day 2012 Cancer Walk for the Cure
The Boosters would like to ask everyone to think about doing the Walk for the Cure on Mother’s Day in 2012. This would be a wonderful event for our girls to participate in (along with their moms and dads) and we could walk in honor of both Dori and Kathy. PLEASE….. consider starting your Mother’s Day out by remembering two great moms we lost this year.
